To be eligible for the announced distribution, investors were required to hold shares in the fund by the close of the trading session on October 9. According to the schedule published by the administrator, the effective payment of funds will be executed on October 19, when the amounts will be directly credited to the brokerage accounts of eligible shareholders.

Market analysts note that dividends paid by paper-based real estate funds, particularly those focused on real estate credit securities, remain closely monitored by investors looking for inflation hedge and attractive returns in fixed-income real estate assets. Maintaining a solid cash strategy and punctual asset management have enabled the fund to deliver consistent periodic payout distributions.

Furthermore, current regulations dictate that real estate funds in Brazil must distribute at least 95% of net cash profits generated each fiscal semester. With this latest earnings announcement, IRIM11 complies with the regulatory framework set by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), keeping its investor base fully informed regarding portfolio management developments.
